Your healthcare management company currently holds all of its online meetings through Zoom. However, recently, several employees have suggested that Microsoft Teams or Google Meet might be better platforms. In light of these suggestions, your supervisor, Bertha Boss, asks you to research each option, to help her decide whether your company should stick with Zoom, or move to a new online meeting tool.
To start, you must carefully review the informational website for each tool and analyze any potential benefits and drawbacks including (but not limited to) cost, specs, features, and accessibility. After gathering this information, you will then persuasive report for your boss, formally outlining three specific benefits that will persuade her that your chosen online meeting platform is the perfect choice.
