Question 1

I agree that organizational culture plays a substantial role in forming positive employee performance metrics and behavior. Addressing constraints and establishing organizational standards including diversity can add to the cohesiveness and productivity in the workplace. Furthermore, the culture of innovation is not created in a singular instance but is a perpetual process shifting based on demands or objectives ultimately generating better outcomes for the organization as a whole (Zawislak et al., 2012).

Is the organizational demographic relevant to their client/customer demographic? What are the pros and cons to expanding beyond the current client populus of your most recent employer?

I am in full agreement with you, the culture of an organization is based how well an organization is doing and how their employee view the organization. Thus, when an organization changes it’s culture, positively or negatively, lies on the shoulders of upper management.  Organization that change the climate in a positive and productive matter send a message to employees that happiness matter.  Companies that crte an environment that supports the exchange of knowledge and ideas across departments, speeds up the discovery and validation of opportunities and problems in an organization (Rampa, 2021). How has your current employer demonstrates a positive organization of culture that allows employees to be innovated?
