Has a mixed track record as an assistant manager. Is capable of running the department though there have been complaints about his work when the office manager has been away for an extended period of time. Those who report to him are pleased with their experience with him as a manager. Joseph self-reported that he would have to spend time updating on state and federal regulations.

Marie

10 years experience as office assistant and part-time bookkeeper with this company. Just earned her Associates degree and is pursuing her Bachelor degree in Business Administration.

Has an excellent track record as a bookkeeper. Has limited experience working in the office and no experience as a manager for this company. Previously managed a small accounting services office before coming to this company. Is perceived as a good employee.

Jack

Brings 3.5 years of experience as an Office Manager with a smaller company that is in a similar business. Just earned his Associates degree and plans to continue on to earn his Bachelor degree in Business Administration.

Has worked for this company for 7 years as the Parts Room Manager. A recent injury has confined his movements and he is seeking an office position. Has some experience with the office management through his years of experience at the company. Has an Associates Degree in Business Administration.

Is well liked in his previous role and is regarded as a good “people person and is detail oriented.” He is enthusiastic and takes initiative. He does not have expert knowledge of state and federal regulations outside of the parts department.

Is regarded as professional and occasionally someone who looks down on others. Is efficient and well organized. Has a good working relationship with customers and vendors. Has knowledge of state and federal regulations.
