About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Operations Coordinator/Office Manager to take ownership of a wide range of business functions. This is a GREAT opportunity to make your mark on a fast-growing company creating your own processes to ensure smooth running of our operations – we want you to enjoy your job! We encourage you to apply if you are a Property Manager or have similar skill set.

Responsibilities

Managing our day-to-day operations (taking bookings, scheduling, invoicing, small job quotes)
Coordinating with tenants, property managers, commercial managers, and tradesmen
General office duties (answering phone calls, emails, filing)
Ability to work independently and stay on task
Ordering stock from suppliers
Assist bookkeeper with Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Point of contact in a plumbing emergency
Computer skills; Microsoft, ServiceM8te, online stock ordering through suppliers – cloud bases programs
Assist the Working Director as required

The role

Working as the State Manager, based in Perth, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the business. Leading a multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants, you will ensure the delivery of customer, client, and operational outcomes through effective management of key business areas.

In this role, you’ll be….

Providing overall leadership and management to the State/Branch and team
Managing customer accounts including business development and contract management
Providing training, coaching and development to your team
Managing service delivery standards
Managing your own reduced size case load to a high standard
