About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Operations Coordinator/Office Manager to take ownership of a wide range of business functions. This is a GREAT opportunity to make your mark on a fast-growing company creating your own processes to ensure smooth running of our operations – we want you to enjoy your job! Responsibilities
Managing our day-to-day operations (taking bookings, scheduling, invoicing, small job quotes)
Coordinating with tenants, property managers, commercial managers, and tradesmen
General office duties (answering phone calls, emails, filing)
Ability to work independently and stay on task
Ordering stock from suppliers
Assist bookkeeper with Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Point of contact in a plumbing emergency
Computer skills; Microsoft, ServiceM8te, online stock ordering through suppliers – cloud bases programs
Assist the Working Director as required
