for the coming conference to be held in Victoria in July 2024.

The conference is being organised on behalf of the (fictional) culinary experts and epicurist association called ‘We love Food (WLF)’. The aim of the conference is for the attendees to learn about innovative processes to create unique culinary experiences through the application of novel techniques, ingredients, and approaches to cooking and food presentation. Delegates will also learn about the development of new recipes, cooking methods, and food products that push the boundaries of traditional cuisine and introduce new flavours, textures, and fusion dishes. These new innovative ideas will combine elements of different cuisines and the use of cutting-edge technologies to develop

new cooking methods or food products.

The conference attendees will be chefs, sommeliers and culinary experts from around the world who work hard to improve food provision for all parts of society (including in restaurants, cafes, events, schools and hospitals). The conference will be held in Victoria from 10th-11th July 2024 at a venue of your choice with around 300 attendees. The theme of the conference is culinary innovation and how

delegates can surprise and delight diners with novel food experiences that are both delicious and visually appealing. The theme recognises that culinary innovation is an important part of the culinary industry, as it drives creativity and competition among chefs and food businesses and helps to keep

the industry fresh and exciting for diners.
