An explanation of the timeframe of how AI has impacted the hospitality industry.
A description of the 3 key problems or advantages as found in the case.
Hint: discuss these three problems or issues throughout the entire report; describe the situation and why these problems issues or happening for the company; analyze what could be done to fix or manage the problem or issue; and include at least one recommendations for each of the three key problems or issues that were mentioned with a specific action plan of how you will implement the recommendation, track it and monitor if the recommendation is successful.
Background
Summarize the information of AI that you found in the case and its impact on different sectors of the hospitality industry.
Find 5 credible and reliable sources outside the case to help you write a history and evolution of the company up until the timeframe of the case.
Hint: cite these sources in your “Background” section and include the references in your “References” list.
Evaluation of the Case
Explain the 3 problems or issues that are in the report.
Show “evidence-based management” skills. use specific information from the case to support that these problems and issues are truly happening. Note: You will need to cite and reference information from the case as well.
For each of the 3 problems or advantages,discuss:
why it is a problem or advantage
why these problems or advantages are happening
what impact the external business environment has on these problems or advantages
Proposed Solution
For each of the 3 problems or advantages you have identified:
Apply a business analytic tool to the situation and demonstrate how that new perspective helped you to come up with a proposed solution/change to manage or handle that problem or issue.
Explain at least 2 proposed solutions/changes for that problem or issue.
Explain why the solutions/changes are appropriate and realistic as it impacts the future of the industry.
Hint: Support your solutions/changes with solid (credible) evidence, such as:

For each of the 3 problems or issues you have identified:
Give one main recommendation on how the industry could benefit positively from those problems or issues.
Explain a detailed strategy (action plan) for how leaders in the industry should implement your recommendation.
Recommend how the industry could track the progress of your recommendation and monitor if the recommendation is successful.
Hint: Think about systems thinking when you propose recommendations; one recommendation may cause other problems that would require fixing as well!
References
Include references for the case. Each report should have a minimum of 5 mandatory sources asked for in the “Background” section plus the case in the “References” list. All other sources where you obtain data, statistics, ideas, information, images, pictures or video from should also be cited and referenced in the report.
You must have at least one in-text citation in the report for any source you list in the “References” section.
