FDI Pestle Analysis TEAM Project Slides Presentation

Assume you and your team members are all director-level employees in the of the Global Business Development department for a new social entrepreneurship enterprise (you choose the name!) that is focused on selling your chosen product in your chosen country.

The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of your company, Clara Scott-Owens, has asked for you and your team to create a presentation that you will give (verbal and presentation slides) to the Board of Directors of your company.

In that presentation, you will need to do the following:

provide an overview of the product and why it would be helpful in your chosen country;
PESTLE analysis (the viability of investing in your chosen country). You will outline the elements of PESTLE to give a bird’s eye view of the opportunity.  You will address questions like these:
Does the country offer a growing and strong market for consumer products?
Is the government stable?
Is the economy stable?
Are the legal, political, and economic institutions transparent?
Have any reforms been effective?
Do you have any concerns?
Provide your team’s recommendation on which method of FDI would be most reasonable given the product and PESTLE analysis;
Address any BOP or other ethical issues;
Present at least two NGOs that may be of assistance to your company in delivering your product to your country.
