Why are these two statements correct

statement 1

The purpose and scope of the Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries (CFOI) are to monitor workplace safety. Through this, it helps inform private and public health efforts to improve workplace safety. CFOI is critical in ensuring that employees are guaranteed the right safety measures as they provide their services in the private or public sectors (Weichelt et al., 2022). It is possible to have some employers exploit their employees, but through the help of CFOI, they are well protected through this body of any dangers that might occur to them. There are cases where employees have tried to voice their concerns about workplace safety, and most of those who do so face the threat of losing their jobs. For that reason, CFOI helps ensure that employees’ safety is prioritized at various workplaces without being exploited.

There are various types of jobs that are most dangerous to work in, and among them are the structural iron and steel workers. Workers in this profession deal with heavy metals, which implies that any injury is always fatal since they deal with huge and very heavy materials (Tcherneva, 2020). For instance, some of the risks involved in this profession are falls, slips, and trips, and this serves as one of the professions in which safety is highly required to minimize accidents. Roofers are the other profession in this category of the most dangerous jobs (Fallon, 2019). Roofers must always be people who are not afraid of heights because they deal with different heights every day where they risk falls, slips, and trips.

In summary, I believe employees working in the most dangerous jobs must always be provided with safety tools. Secondly, they need to the paid well because they risk a lot to have many enjoy their services. Thirdly, such people need health insurance coverage provided by their employers. It is only through this that such people will be well appreciated and encouraged to work in the various sites since their numbers keep decreasing every day.
