You are the chief strategy officer for your chosen organization. Your strategy for an innovative new product idea has been approved by the C-level executives and the board of directors of your organization. Previously, you developed and delivered a strategy implementation plan to your management team for execution. Now, you must concisely develop and present a policy manual to your management team. You will develop a variety of organizational policies in a digital policy manual that is formatted as a narrated ebook training tool. Use the following criteria to analyze and prose strategic business decisions for your organization.

Chosen Organization is Campbell Soup Co.

Assessment Requirements: Deliver a verbal training presentation on the policies and procedures that will drive the implementation of your strategy to all employees of your chosen organization. You will formulate strategic business decisions from a management, leadership, and organizational design perspective with a focus on expansion and growth efforts.

Minimum Requirments:

Introduction & Purpose: 

-Provides a high-level synopsis of the organizational vision, mission, and values of an organization. 

-Provides a statement detailing the purpose of a presentation. 

-Provides an overview of how to use and navigate a digital policy manual. 

-Introduces an organization and purpose of the presentation in a high level overview using informational research resources. 

Ethical Standards Competency:

-Explains the role of an organization’s core values and ethical standards in building corporate culture.

-Explains the relationship between an organization’s ethical standards, organizational culture, and a strategy. -Explains how a digital policy manual will establish ethical standards to ensure successful implementation of a strategy. 

-Applies ethical reasoning to ethical issues within the field of Management Policy and Strategy. 

Policy and Procedure Manual: 

-Explains the difference between Policies, Processes, and Procedures. 

-Explains how policies facilitate the implementation of a strategy. 

-Explains how procedures facilitate the implementation of a policy. 

-Explains how ethical standards are embedded within all policies and procedures throughout a digital policy manual. 

-Explains the process for managing conflicts, performance issues, or other problems that may adversely impact the culture of an organization. 

-Explains the fundamental principles that will guide the development and implementation of a digital policy manual. 

Policy & Procedure Development:

-Develops one corporate social responsibility policy to ensure all employees operate within the expectations of the ethical standards and professional guidelines of an organization. 

-Develops one policy that empowers employees to efficiently and effectively achieve strategy objectives.

-Develops one policy to encourage employees to meet performance expectations. 

-Develops one policy that enforces professionalism in the workplace to support the implementation of a strategy. 

-Composes policies and procedures that will facilitate the implementation of a strategy for an innovative new product idea that increases the competitive advantage of an organization. 

Conclusions & Remarks 

-Formulates a firm message to all employees of an organization to encourage compliance with all policies.
