It will be helpful in developing my argument about the importance of developing leadership skills in youth soccer, as well as in providing evidence to support my argument that changes need to be made in order to help youth soccer become more effective at developing leaders. Additionally, it will provide me with ideas for strategies that can be implemented to help children become better leaders.
